Pool Professionals’ Matt Meyer becomes licensed Certified Pool-Spa Operator Instructor
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEGREENSBORO (July 1, 2010) – Matt Meyer of Pool Professionals, Inc., is North Carolina’s newest Certified Pool-Spa Operator Instructor (CPOI).
With this designation, Meyer is one of only a few licensed CPO Instructors in the Triad area.
According to North Carolina health and safety regulations, all public pools and spas must to be managed and monitored by a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). The National Swimming Pool Foundation’s (NSPF) CPO program is the world's leading verifiable pool and spa training credential.
The NSPF Certified Pool-Spa Operator Instructor class is designed to assess your ability to successfully conduct the NSPF Certified Pool-Spa Operator training course. Meyer is proud to be able to pass on to others the benefits of being a CPO, which he describes as, “Learning key risk management skills, proper chemical usage and storage procedures, confidence and empowerment in seeking out the answers for common pool problems.”
In addition to his CPOI certification, Meyer holds the highest level of combat water survival certification in the US Marine Corps and is a former swim instructor and pool manager.
