Jim Hausen
Jim Hausen is the Director of Commercial Construction and Repairs for Pool Professionals.
Kevin Jones
Kevin Jones is the Division Director of Maintenance Operations for Pool Professionals of the Triangle.
Kevin has been with Pool Professionals since 2006, and has more than 25 years experience in the swimming pool industry.
At Pool Professionals, Kevin is responsible for day-to-day operations of non-staffed pools, scheduling route technicians, processing work orders and handling routine maintenance. He also works with state and county organizations to ensure that the facilities are in compliance with all current codes.
Kevin's professional certifications include:
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) by the NSPF (National Swimming Pool Foundation)
- Wake County Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Certified Chemical Automated Technologies (CAT) Technician
- Certified Stenner® Service Technician

- Certified Jandy® Heater Service Technician
- Completed Electrical Services, System Safety Training–Parts I, II & III

Kevin grew up in up-state New York before moving to Raleigh, NC in 1984. He has a degree in Business Management from NC State University. He is a fan of the New York Yankees, New York Giants, NCSU Wolfpack, and Carolina Hurricanes, and likes going to as many football & hockey games as he can.
When Kevin is not working, he likes to go to the beach and coach football. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, including his wife Lynn and his kids Luke and Callie.
Joey Massey
Joey is a Wizard for Pool Professionals of the Triangle.
Joey worked for Pool Professionals for three summer seasons before coming on year-round in 2009. He has had many job titles with Pool Professionals, including "Joey Pool Patch" and "Stenner Boy." But after he developed computer programs that help in preparing remodeling & new construction bids for custom shaped pools, it was decided that "Wizard" was more appropriate.
Other responsibilities include repairs, renovations, installations, and making pools compliant with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act.
Joey's professional certification is:
- Certified Stenner® Service Technician
Joey was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. He spent a year at Appalachian State University before transferring to NC State University, where he studied Physics and Nuclear Engineering. Although he graduated from NCSU, he will always be a fan of Duke Basketball.
Joey has too many hobbies, but some of his favorites are offshore fishing, making his own fishing lures, playing golf, hunting, and of course, boatbuilding.
Dave Buzzell

Dave Buzzell is a Service Technician for Pool Professionals of the Triangle.
Dave has been with Pool Professionals since 2009, and has over 30 years of experience in the general aquatics field. He is the pool service supervisor, and is also responsible for pool repairs.
Dave's professional certifications include:
- Wake County Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Certified Jandy® Heater Service Technician
- Certified Stenner® Service Technician
- American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification
Dave is originally from Tampa, Florida, and he studied engineering at the State University of New York. He now lives in North Carolina with his wife and daughter and their two pets, a dog and a cat. When he is not working, Dave like to fish and hunt, and work on his "honey-do list."
