Michael Schlink, Commercial Pools Division Manager

Michael Schlink is the Commercial Pools Division Director for Pool Professionals.
Michael has almost 30 years of experience in the swimming pool industry. His vast experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of all phases of residential and commercial pool and spa design, construction, maintenance and repairs.
Having built hundreds of pools, he fully versed in the construction and remodeling of residential and commercial swimming pools.
Kevin Jones, Director of Maintenance Operations
Kevin is the Division Director of Maintenance Operations for Pool Professionals of the Triangle.
Kevin has more than 25 years experience in the swimming pool industry and a BA in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
Kevin has a broad knowledge of aquatics and his skills range from lifeguarding and pool management to pool renovation and construction.
His professional certifications include:
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) by the NSPF (National Swimming Pool Foundation)
- Wake County Certified Pool Operator
- Certified to Service CAT Controllers (Computer Automated Technologies)
- Certified as a Stenner Technician
- Certified Stain Specialist (Jack’s Magic)
- Jandy Heater Certification Levels 1, 2
- Completed Electrical Services, System Safety Training–Parts I, II & III
- Completed Pentair Training Seminars–2005, 2006, 2007, 2008
Joey Massey, Wizard
Joey is a Wizard for Pool Professionals of the Triangle.
He has been with Pool Professionals for about 3 seasons, and does a little bit of everything, including repairs, renovations, installations, making pools compliant with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act, and more.
He is a Stenner Certified Technician, and has a Physics degree from NC State University.
In his spare time, he enjoys offshore fishing, golf, boatbuilding, hunting, and woodworking/art, pretty much anything you can do outdoors.
