Jesse Lewter
Jesse Lewter is the Branch Director for Pool Professionals of the Triad.
Jesse has been with Pool Professionals since 2009. He has previous
experience in the construction field and with the Raleigh Police
Department.
Jesse's responsibilities include overseeing maintenance staff, winterizing pools, maintaining off season pools, and preparing pools for inspection.
As Branch Director, he is responsible for the operation, marketing,
customer service, staffing, management, logistics, customer relations,
client satisfaction and profitability of every business aspect of the
Triad branch of Pool Professionals.
Jesse's professionals certifications include:
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certified
- American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification
- Wake County Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Certified Stenner® Service Technician
Jesse grew up in Raleigh, NC, and went to Elon University where he studied Leisure Sport Management. He is a huge fan of baseball and of the Fighting Phoenix of Elon. When he is not working, he loves to do anything outdoors.
Karen Montgomery

Karen Montgomery is the Director of Staff Operations for Pool Professionals of the Triad.
Karen has been with Pool Professionals since 2003, and is responsible for hiring and training all lifeguards and attendants, managing the day to day operations of all staffed pools, coordinating all orientations, manager’s meetings, in service trainings, and swim lessons.
Karen's professionals certifications include:
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certified
- American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification
- American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, AED and First Aid Instructor
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) by the NSPF (National Swimming Pool Foundation)
- NSPF Certified Pool Operator - Instructor
- Wake County Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Karen grew up in Raleigh, and has a degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University. When she's not working, she enjoys hiking, sunsets on the Blue Ridge Parkway, seeing live music, volunteering at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, and going to ASU football games.
