Our Hiring Process

If you would like to work for Pool Professionals, you need to:

1. Fill out our online job application
2. Come in for an interview. If you don’t hear from us within a few days call:
   • Ali Greiner at (919) 787-7878 about jobs in the Triangle or
   • Matt Meyer at (336) 668-1446 about jobs in the Triad or
   • Sarah Stimpson at (919) 787-1518 about jobs with AquaVentures Swim Academy
3. Before your interview, you’ll need to fill out some tax forms.
4. Sign up for an Orientation date.

What to bring to the Interview

• Have all your tax forms printed and filled out completely when you come for your interview (see Employment Forms page)
• Photo ID
• Birth Certificate or Social Security Card
• Printout of your completed Youth Employment Certificate (if you are under 18)

Certifications & Training for Your Job

Do you have the appropriate training or certifications for your desired position? If not, you can sign up for one of our Training Courses (see the Raleigh Training Calendar and Greensboro Training Calendar).
