Pool Attendant Job Description

Reports to pool manager.

Pool Attendant Duties

Arrive ten minutes before the shift begins.
Unlock the entrance to the pool, the pump room, and the restroom.
Check to see if the pump is running.
Check the Color, Chemistry, and Clarity of the pool water.
Complete the opening duties checklist.
Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout your shift.
Clean and maintain restroom throughout your shift.
Maintain pool Color, Chemistry, and Cleanliness throughout your shift.
Enforce all club rules.
Develop and maintain a friendly relationship with members of the pool.
