1. Pool Management and Maintenance with Lifeguards and Attendants

Are you ready to walk on your pool deck and see happy members, staff hard at work, and a sparkling clean pool and facility?

• We can do everything for your club from gate check-in procedures, collecting guest fees, and snack bar operations, to weekly one on one meetings at your convenience.
• Our employees wear either Pool Professionals uniforms or the uniform of your facility.
• We only hire managers for our larger clubs who have previous pool management experience. Most of our managers that manage larger clubs have been with us for many years and are highly valued and dedicated employees.
• All levels of management are accessible to you via phone, email, or pager.
• Each employee completes exclusive Pool Professionals training. Lifeguards also have completed and have current certifications in Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR training.
• We can work with your facility to implement our structured swim lesson classes as well as work with your swim team and swim meets.
• Our experienced field managers will conduct weekly inspection and be on-site a minimum of three days a week to make sure everything is running well.
• All of our managers attend weekly Pool Professionals staff meetings and then conduct on-site staff meetings.
• Our Client Manager will contact you to just "touch base" to make sure everything is running to your expectations.

2. Pool Management with Lifeguards

Tired of teenagers managing teenagers? Is your volunteer pool committee position a full time job?

• Each lifeguard completes exclusive Pool Professionals training as well as Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR.
• We customize our staffing choices based on your pool's needs and your community's recommendations.
• Our employees wear Pool Professionals shirts and bathing suits to be easily recognized as lifeguards.
• All of our field managers and most of our managers are college educated and have the training, experience, and certifications your pool needs.
• Field Managers will be on-site at your facility a minimum of three days a week inspecting the staff and facility. Surprise inspections happen a minimum of once a week. Field managers are available to your community via phone from the time your pool opens to the time it closes each day throughout the pool season.
• Our staff is trained to work with swim teams and swim meets.
• All of our managers attend Pool Professionals weekly staff meetings and then conduct on-site staff meetings with their lifeguards.
• Parties and special events are no problem. We have an organized approach to make your special days hassle free.
• Our Client Manager will contact your pool committee to just "touch base" to make sure everything is running to your expectations.

3. Pool Management and Maintenance with Attendants

Not in need of lifeguards, but need someone to clean your facility and provide check in procedures so only your community uses your pool? Do you need an attendant that can make sure general pool rules are being followed and patrons are respecting your community pool?

• We hire mature, responsible staff that will clean, manage, and maintain your community pool. Each attendant also completes exclusive Pool Professionals training.
• Our managers will work with and help improve your community's check-in procedures.
• Attendants are required to stay busy, cleaning and improving your facility.
• We have weekly Pool Professionals staff meetings that are customized specifically for attended pool managers.
• Our employees wear Pool Professionals uniforms.

4. Pool Maintenance Only

• We have the experience you are looking for at your pool. We work with state and county organizations to ensure safety, compliance, and good standing.
• All levels of management are accessible to you via phone, email, pager, or personal meeting at your convenience.
• We offer flexible, customized management solutions based on your wants, needs, goals, and resources.
• We can provide the required 3 chemicals checks per day by a Certified Pool Operator or train neighborhood volunteers to conduct two of the required three.
• Spring cleaning, routine maintenance, and winterization are all included when you work with Pool Professionals.
• Our employees drive one of our fleet of white Pool Professionals trucks.
• Our employees complete exclusive Pool Professionals training and wear Pool Professionals uniforms.
